I identify the internal blocks - fear, attachment, conditioning, whilst supporting the nervous system to return to safety.

This is not mindset work and it is not spiritual bypass.

It is nervous system–based pattern recognition,

so the gap between knowing and living can finally resolve.

I work somatically to support your system in receiving what it is already ready for, so truth can be integrated, not just understood at the mind-level.
