Welcome

Ok, truth is, writing is not my strong point. It was by far my weakest subject at school. I was more interested in daydreaming, socialising, eating, and pretty much anything not academic. So it's taken a bit of convincing to get me to create an 'un-blog', aka journal.

But this is not about me, it's about you and what you may value. I think you might find it helpful to learn a bit more about what inspires me, why I use certain ingredients, where I shop and perhaps some random health facts. Well I hope so anyway.

Feel free to offer me feedback and to write responses to my entries / posts or whatever they're called. That way I know I haven't lost you in the babbling process.
